The other patients with dyskinesias (for shame or other reasons) simply do
not attend the meeting.
Your dad chooses to go anyway. Nothing abnormal about that!!

Yes, because after a bilateral STN the use of levodopa can drastically be
reduced, thus also reducing dyskinesias and hallucinations.

Also after previous pallidotomy, STN gives about the same results.
