Michael, I have been taking Mirapex for 2 years now and have been diagnosed for 3 years. I take two 25 mg tablets 3 times a day. I also take one Amantadine in the morning. I think Mirapex is great - this is all the medication I take. I am 55 yeaars old and still working. Get the pharmacist to give you a print-out of the side effects. I have not had any. Brigitte Zimmer
