Hi Dianne, I have had pd for twenty years and when I was placed on Prozac my lead neurologist and I had a conversation of the benefits of Prozac. In my case the Prozac helped with the depression and also enhanced the effectiveness of the Sinemet to the point that I was actually able to decrease my daily dose of Sinemet.
