I am impressed, what a great article. About 4 years ago I saw an Internist for this as well as a slight tremor and "heart problems". My heart problems were in two parts: Up and down blood pressure, and an occasional hard, rapid, thumping in my chest. It turned out that the thumping was that valve in my throat.
