RISPERIDONE USE REDUCES INCIDENCE OF TARDIVE DYSKINESIA IN ELDERLY WITH
DEMENTIA
The incidence of persistent tardive dyskinesia is reduced in elderly
patients with dementia who receive risperidone, compared with historical
controls treated with conventional neuroleptics, according to a report in
the American Journal of Psychiatry.
