How coincidental that you would mention walkers. George just saw his MDS last week, was told to get a walker with wheels and brakes. He made a point of saying that he did not recommend the ones you get in a drugstore. We have looked in Moms catalog and another catalog or two. They run from $125.00 up almost $200.00. Also medicare will pay for either a wheelchair or a walker not both.Since the wheelchair is the most expensive of the two items. You might want to consider this when buying.
