Marjorie, Here is my recipe for Liquid Sinemet as advised by my neurologist. Liquid Sinemet 1 Litre bottled water (Preferably a sipper type bottle, found in wal-mart) 6 tablets 10/100 mg sinemet 2 tablets of Vitamin C with Acerola (also found at wal-mart) I have found that I don't have to refridgerate the liquid as long as I keep it out of the sun. My bottle goes with me where ever I go. If you have any more questions ..please feel free to ask. You may find it interesting that the Liquid Sinemet allowed me to decrease my intake from nearly 14 tabs of sinemet to 6-10 tabs. The 4 tab difference is due to menstrual cycle. I have had pd 20 years and am only on sinemet, tasmar, and sometimes prozac. Best wishes....
