Karla,

It is hard for me to say if my medicine dosage and time of doses has changed
or varied because I never took sinemet by the clock. My body tells me when
to dose. By that I mean I have an inner tremor that starts in my stomach.
This signals me that my sinemet dose is leaving my system and I need to
redose. Each person with pd has different symptoms that indicate they are
near their time for medicinal dose. I know I don't dose near as much with
liquid as I used to with pills. I also have trouble with protein. If I
had any amount of protein during the days it was as if the pill form of
sinemet did not phase me. Then the sinemet cr would over medicate and I
would have severe dyskinesias. Going on the liquid allowed me to come off
CR and I still had some blockage by protein but not near as bad with the
liquid. Please if there are anymore questions please feel free to ask.
That is what this list is for. Best wishes....
