Luella, I do believe you are right. From what I have been told, pregnant mares are kept confined 24 hours a day in order to collect every last precious drop. I can only hope that we are not far off genetically modifying bacteria to produce the same hormones. I don't have a problem with confining them for 24 hours a day. Alf --
