I agree with Paul Lauer, it would be most helpful to separate the informational emails from the chit-chat and poetry. I understand that the chit chat and poetry are helpful to some, but why can't they do this through a separate mailing list, or directly on a one-to-one basis. I find that I am deleting a dozen personal emails in order to read one informational email. This is not easy.
