Lisa, I'd gladly give you my response in person...after the hot season.
And isn't true that the Virgin Islands were not properly labelled.

At any rate, My Barbara had been taking Sinemet 25/100, Permax 1 mg or
so,
and one amantidine for several years, but with time the Sinemet was
increased by shortening the window from 5 eventually to 2.5 hrs., and
she
also suffered hallucinations, so she was given the smallest dose of
Seroquel. We asked if the CR might increase the time window to allow
more
freedom in dining. Thus, Barbara switched to Sinemet CR 50/200 to be
given every 3 hrs, but we found that it was good for at least four hrs.
and sometimes five or six. But the mental problems remained, and
according
to the manufacturers package insert (also in PDR), these three drugs may
result in mental problems, memory, hallucinations, psychosis, paranoia.
Our neuro insists that these drugs must be administered, but perhaps
amantidine might be removed, but this might result in increasing the
Sinemet. Adverse or side reactions may occur with all drugs, but in
this
case there is no alternative but to treat these undesirable reactions.
Enjoy what you can with whatever you have. At least you get affection
and
understanding across the waters.
Michel
