Dear Marjorie-- those were funny, and reminded me how frustrated Peter used
to get when students would come to the reference desk with a "simple
question"---which took him perhaps 5 minutes to unravel it and find out
what they REALLY wanted to know , which often had only minimal connection
with what they had first asked !
I'll bet you know all about that, too.......
