Hi Alf,
Just living is stressful. I would imagine that even living in
a monastery  would have its stresses.
Just be thankful you had boys, if you had girls, they would
be arguing with you,instead of their Mother, then you'd
really tremor!

I haven't answered that query on Work Stress because there
are too many variables, which two questions will not even
begin to answer.
