Margie and other sleepy heads...

Hey - a 1/2 hour nap is perfectly acceptable to me.  However, I
can't recall EVER being able to fall asleep in that amount of
time, much less awakening up "refreshed!"

It usually takes me an hour or longer just to FALL asleep, and
when I awaken, I feel exceptionally groggy and frequently
disoriented for a few minutes.

DARN!
