Hi Irena...

You might consider taking vitamin E throughout the day. I hold
leg/foot/toe cramping in abeyance after nearly 26 years of dealing
with this steeeeenkin disease by taking 800 ICUs of vitamin E with
my a.m. drug dose (about 10 a.m.) and another 800 ICUs with my
late afternoon meds (taken between 3:30-p.m.. There are times
that for some odd reason or another I'll start to get some
cramping and and I end up adding 400 ICUs of vitamin E when I
notice the cramping. Thereafter, I add one 400 ICU capsule before
I go to bed for a week, and then go off the vitamin E at bedtime.
Should my body still cramp later in the evening, I continue in
taking that extra vitamin E for several weeks.
