Dear Mrs Tate:

I am sorry that you are having so much trouble.

The best solution, however, is to seek a second opinion either from another
neurologist or from a movement disorder specialist.  Jack's case seems
fairly complicated in terms of drug management, and to rely on informal
advice as you are doing is looking for more trouble.
