My friend, Stress is the number 1 enemy of Parkinson's. I too am in the computer software development business and before that in the Technical Support working 7X24. On weekends I would go in Saturday night about 10 PM, get out Sunday morning about 5 AM. Get home by 6 AM, go to sleep and be awaken by a call from work about 7 AM. But like I say, I love this business and consider that I have not worked a day in my life. You just have to know how to deal with the stress. I get most of my stress driving the California freeways. take care, Mario ----- Original Message ----- From: Terry Kempf <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Wednesday, August 09, 2000 12:01 PM Subject: Re: Work related stress > I strongly agree that stress and lack of sleep due to computer problems > in the middle of the night made my symptoms much worse. > > About 3 weeks after I retired, I felt much better.
