Barb, Joan, Bob, et al in regards to "feeling guilty" about needing a nap
may I suggest you note the European tradition (in Spain and Italy that I
know of) the "siesta" or nap after the midday meal. Shopowners close the
stores, public offices aren't open, everyone takes a nap to awaken later
and more efficiently handle the day's business. Surely we senoritas and
senors of the PD community realize that our siestas allow us to function
more efficiently than trying to keep at it and not nap.

Feel guilty? No way.....I can accomplish much more when I nap and have
learned to listen to my body's call for sleep. There has been alot of
research re:sleep deprivation and it's negative effects on productivity.
Some businesses are even noticing and setting quiet "nap" rooms aside for
revitalising sleep to help workers do a better job.

So say Boo to the guilt and Hurray for the revitalizing nap!!!

rest of the day.)
