Chuck - I once spent a week in Denver for a seminar, and ended up retaining LOTS of water, to the point that my feet and hands were quite puffy. I never did figure out if it was the altitude, or if there was some unusual thing in my diet that week that caused it. I did think it might be the altitude. Margie
