dear Dr Romero
i am not trying to do anything about jacks meds myself. my husband is
stubborn and the only way i can help him is if the doctor will listen to our
questions
and answer them. all i was trying to find out is there any way that i
can know what the
difference is between over or under medicated to have knowledge of what to
tell another
neurologist. at this time jack refuses to see another doctor and at 79
yrears old i can't force
him. he is going deaf andrefuses to try a hearing aid so he doesn't know
half of what he is told.
at this time heonly trusts our primary doctor and i have to get her to
write an order to get a second
opinion andhope he will go along.
probably half my trouble is that he doesn't drive any more and hates
being apassenger
.we live in mountains and are about 1 1/2 hours drive to other than local
doctors.
by the way he also has had a small tumor by the pituitary gland which
changed very little in
the past 5 years.
we have never argued in over 51 years of marriage so i refuse to do so
now.
sorry to rant on so much
    connie tate
