Paul Yes, a general anesthetic (at least the one in question) is contraindicated for Eldepryl. I proceeded after discussing the matter with both my neurologist and oral surgeon. Both were in agreement regarding how long I needed to stop taking Eldepryl before surgery and how long I needed to wait after surgery to begin taking it again. Dave Bergford 59/58/55?
