I have experienced inner tremors off and on for a few months. It is somewhat difficult to describe how they feel. The closest description I can give is that it feels like I have a motor running inside. Sometimes it seems to be rougher than others. It is a strange sensation, but I wouldn't describe the feeling as being queasy. When I have mentioned inner tremors to my neurologist, he agrees that this can happen, but he hasn't given me any additional information.
