Frequently I feel (barely) that the ground, floor, or bed is moving
beneath me, much like the minor earthquake tremors that are very
common in southern California. I have to check to be sure it isn't
a real quake. The vibration frequency seems to be about 40 Hz,
just as you can hear with a stethoscope on flexing any of the major
skeletal muscles. Cheers,
