The way to solve all these tire problems is to buy a surplus tank from the government, those steel treads don't get any blowouts. The downside I guess would be a lack of fast cornering, and top speed, but NO one will try to cut you off! AND, just Imagine the neighbors faces when you park it in the driveway!
