Primidone is Mysoline (trade-naqme), an anti-seizure medication
close to phenobarbital.  It is an effective anti-seizure drug and I have a
number of patients taking it, but it is not used much these days.

I have never heard of Primidone being used for tremor, but I could be
in error.
