a nutritionist and spokesperson for dietetic assn. kathleen zelman was
quoted by saying
 water consumption should be based on weight --as a guideline she said a
person should
divide your weight by half and drink that many ounces of water up to 12
glasses. thus a person
weighing 160 lbs. should drink 80 ounces water per day. jack finally started
increasing his
water intake since i made him read your article about water over and over
again.  he really felt
good to see this article confirm what you said.  men !!! they are worse than
kids when they are sick.
using your prune cocktail  he has finally quit taking citricel which pleases
me. so bless you for
