Hilary, I agree with Darwin. Freedom of speech is every U.S. citizens' right , but it cannot abridge the rights of others. You cannot say anything you want, any place and time you want, without repercussions. You cannot yell "fire" in a crowded theatre when there is not fire. You cannot take out a full page ad in a newspaper stating that the mayor of your city is a crack addict if it is not true. Freedom carries with it certain responsibilities. Your constitutional rights are not an absolute.
