Camilla, my wife takes 1-25mg Serosuel + 1/2 of a 0.5mg clonazepam in the morning and then 1-100mg + 2-25mg Seroquel + 1/2 of 0.5mg clonazepam before going to bed. Psychiarist does not recommend dosing during the day for her because of the sleep-inducing effects. (After she takes her night time dose, sometimes she is asleep before I can get her into bed.) It has been more effective than Zyprexia for her. Movement disorder specialist has her on only 1-25/100 Sinemet three times a day. She had larger doses earlier with Mirapex, but that seemed to induce, or at least, increase the hallucinations. The present dosage had been established by a general neuroligist before she saw the MDS who made no changes or suggestions for changes in her medications. I have never seen the on-off condition from Sinemet in her that others seem to have. She has followed somewhat the pattern that Michel described for Barbara, except that her hallucinations have not been frightening to her and even rather pleasant. At this time she hears music that is not there, but she knows that it does not really exist.
