Hey David,
I pulled out my medical dictionary to make sure I got these definitions right
for you.
Dysphonia - any abnormality in the speaking voice - ie hoarseness, weakness,
etc.
Respiratory stridor - an abnormal, high pitched, musical sound caused by
obstruction in the
trachea or larynx, usually heard during
inspiration - ie the sounds made by
                                an asthmatic during an attack
Hyperreflexia - increased reflex reactions - ie the doctor wacks your knee and
your responding
kick sends him into orbit < this is extreme but you get
the idea ;O)
Extensor plantar responses - this is not directly defined in my dictionary. I
could hazard a guess
but it is probably best left to
someone who could give you a more
                                            definite answer.
Hope this helps some.
Peace
Pat
