Don, If my doc ever tells me to GAIN weight, I'm sure I'd clap my hands
and shout, DairyQueen, here I come. Seriously, I hope you can "fatten up"
as it sounds like you are too thin. Maybe Vivian can find a high calorie
desert to help you gain and exercise to build muscle is always good for
weight gain as muscle outweighs fat.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
PRAY FOR A CURE.
well so my MD. FRIDAY. his opinion is a little different than
my gastrula(hope you know what i mean.) he got me on a very low bran diet
bland. no dried fruits so on well my MD. diet is different. i weigh
119lb. he wants me to gain 30 or LB's says that is one reason i have belly
pains he had me to take x-rays. a few spots in my belly but is not sure if
i should be open up. first time in hospital i went in at 180 came out at
100 took me 5 years to get to 150 now you should see the
cake,pie,candy,ice cream i eat. now VIVIAN takes care of what i eat and my
med,s now every thing is fat free,sugarless, nogrease. so we are got figure
out what to eat. got to see him in 3 weeks. now how can i gain so much week
in 3 weeks. every thing is to take off but nothing on how to put on lo lo.
all so he say to take a stool softener. one of us is dumb. i am not
passing as i should. that is why he thinks one of my troubles. eat half of
pie which ice cream last night. so if you got some ideas on how i can put
on some weight i am all ears. well i do have other body parts. lo lo
