Jackie,

I havent used anything as this except in a quilt, but wool has natural resiliance and while warm in winter it is cool in summer. I know it is as their website seems to claim after reading the site. I have two daughters with fibromyalgia and both of them suffer with pains in muscles and with any cold or damp weather. The only other thing that can make the claims for warmth that wool can is down, and that has its own problems of shifting and of cost, plus many are sensitive to down unless it is treated. I would buy this if I had either a need to be warm, as heat rises which makes sense to have something warm underneath, or if I wanted a padded mattress to take the pressure off of certain joints or bodily areas. BTW there are others similar as woolen pads which are sold on sites that down bedding is sold. Off hand one company is www.thecompanystore.com and another may have them at Chambers in san francisco, fax # 1-702-363-2541. Good luck :)

Subject: Getting Sleep w/Cuddle Ewe ?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any first-hand experience with this bedding product?  I read about it in our Sunday newspaper (Parade magazine, last page).  It is an advertisement for the "mattress pad" made of wool which is suppose to cuddle the sleeper in "total comfort".  I was just wondering if anyone knows if is as helpful as it claims.  I did go to their web page -  www.cuddleewe.com - only to discover that it is expensive (to me), but if does indeed work, then, I would not consider it expensive.  I think all things are relative.
Any feed back appreciated.
