I agree with Marjorie.  No way are you end-stage.  Is your doctor a MDS?  You
think and express yourself far too clearly to be end-stage, and I presume
that you're still eating and digesting your food, still getting around, even
with help, and so forth.  Hang in there, and don't get discouraged by a
probably very inaccurate (and unnecessary) diagnosis.
