Dry eyes usually respond to artificial tears, labeled "non-preserved" or "preservative-free." These must be used very frequently -- a dozen times a day... Blink as often as you think of it, since PD reduces the blink rate, exacerbating dry eyes. You may also have blepharitis, an inflammation of the eyelids, which must be treated with daily lid scrubs.
