Hi Jeannie, Perhaps you have your priorities wrong? YOU needed to go ER and your husband only just shakes for an hour. The uncontrolled shaking is of course not very comfortable, but he will live.......!! The Parkinson wil NOT progress faster by the shaking. If your husband decides he can be alone, he probably can, otherwise he should be smart enough to call someone to be with him. He was smart enough to take his morning dose Sinemet earlier. Your heart arhythmia may give you a feeling of anxiety, causing you to worry more about your husband than is actually necessary. Hans.
