I received notice Tues. that I was approved for SSD. I first applied Nov. 99, My insurance co. advised me to hire Alsup. They appealed and and lost. Then we requested to go before a law judge. When the law judge's advisor read my medical records , she determined I was 100% disabled. The reason was what my doctor wrote after my last visit in Aug. You have to tell your Nuero EVERYTHING you have trouble doing and things you no longer do. They base their decision only on what your Dr. puts in your file. Mike Truluck 46-5-9
