The next closest movement disorder specialists near you
are apparently in Kitchener or in London, Ont.

Jack, Why don't you call the Parkinson Foundation in Toronto at 1- 800 565-3000 or (416) 227-9700.  You can ask to speak to Sandy Jones.  She is very understanding and helpful.  Ask her for the phone number of a movement disorder specialist in your area.
