Hi Yen--I just checked with Peter's pharmacist, and the generic Sinemet he takes (carbidopa/levodopa) is indeed made by Endo Pharmaceuticals. He has used them for years, and has had no problems with them. The quality appears to be pretty stable--at least we have not noticed any variations from one batch to another. Perhaps this would be a solution for your father? Good luck!
