twice and
referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions
A BILL
To Amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for research with respect
to human
embryonic stem cells.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in
Congress assembled.
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
this Act may be cited as the ' Stem Cell Research Act of 2000'
and it continues.
Murray, if you ever go to Kansas, don't let them take you snipe hunting.
This is a stalling tactic by Brownback to delay this Bill. He has no intention
of voting for it!!!
He's just trying to sandbag it with things which are already in place!!!
