hi. could someone please let me know of research done 1997 and after comparing and differentiating PD to Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) at the initial diagnosis or post 5 years or more of diagnosis ??? Any suggestions on increasing research dollars for PD+ or multiple system atrophy for medicine research for symptom management/survival?? This is presently a rare disease that sometimes is misdiagnosed as PD. thank you nancy:)
