I just had to say that I've sent off about three mailings to my Minnesota Senators, and Margory inspired the last one. Senator Paul Wellstone (Democrat) was supportive of NIH funding, and increased funding for Parkinsons/neurological research... Senator Grams (Republican) was not. I thanked Wellstone for his support. I reminded Grams that he is up for re-election soon. Even if the messages fall into the Abyss..I try. Greg Sterling wrote: > Marjorie, > I share your frustration. The only thing we can do is work within the system and play the game. Try to get everyone you know to write a letter supporting to their Senators S. 2015, and opposing Brownbeck's amendments.. It's the only hope we have. Practically everyone knows someone in need of this research.
