I I have used both the generic and the brand name and I am convinced that
the brand
name - Sinemet 25/100 - is a bi t stronger, mgm by mgm. While this belief
is of
course subjective, I am convinced. I ask my neurologist to order by
brand name. It may even be cheaper since the generics companies have
convinced the uninformed public and some professionals that they are less
expensive. It varies by region so you would have to check what it is in your
area. When in doubt, use brand names. I hope this is helpful.
