Alas, my trial on Sinement, ending up at 2,000 mg/day produced no lessening of my symptoms at all, no matter that PET scans showed PD as a possibility. It was a long shot, but my doctor wanted to rule it out. The one thing all this Sinement did produce was a really fascinating side effect - hallucinations!
