Bernard S. I have that feeling too. I'm only 37, married with children 3 and 8. My in-laws are the only ones that seem to have any interest in me. They always come around when I'm down. Even my family hardly ever calls (father & sisters). I get out, don't drive, enjoy my kids, but the friends don't call or come around. Have loving wife but get that feeling of loneliness in the pit of my gut. Maybe it's part of depression maybe not. Who knows with this damn disease - just writing to say i know where your coming from. I'm like a hermit..
