Maybe there will be a way next year for Harkin
and Specter to start over with a new bill, I don't know.
but I do know this one was set up on 31 Jan, 2000 and it hasn't reached
a vote yet.
I know that when we are old, we are supposed to take
our disappointments better than we did when we were
young. I must be living backwards, I'm just sick over
this whole thing.
