The easiest way to unsubscribe or change your subscription is to go to:

when the page comes up click on:
>the parkinson's list online
next click on the button 'change my mail to digest form'
this should bring up an email msg all ready for you to send to change your
settings. if this doesn't work, try the following instructions.
in the 'To:' section of a new email message copy & paste this:
[log in to unmask]
leave subject blank.
copy and paste this into your message section:
set parkinsn digest
