Another idea for raising research money....
Congratulations to the Unity walkers for a job well done!
What a fantastic amount to raise for PD research!! Thanks
too to all who have hosted fund raisers, collected coins in
cans, and dug into their pockets to help our cause.
I've been wondering how I might in some small way add to
the sum available, and I have an idea --- I hope it's "an
offer you can't refuse".
From time to time I have shared some of my "PD Poems" on
the lists, and they were well-received. This has emboldened
me to make the following offer----
Everyone who makes a contribution {of $10.00 or more} to
one of these PD groups through my mailbox will receive a
FREE
booklet containing 13 of my PD poems.
All you need to do is email me this form with your check,
and I'll forward your contribution to the group you choose,
and mail you
a copy of "The Journey Known & other Parkinson Poems" ---
think about it: even if you hate poetry, you're still
helping the cause
of PD research! What have you got to lose?
