Dear Phil-- we just heard from DeWine (R  Ohio) about his refusal to
support stem cell research, but no reply yet from Geo. Voinovich, our other
(R) senator.  I'm not optimistic. De Wine did co-sponsor Udall at the last
minute, but isn't likely to change on this I fear.
