Dear Sandra-- OK, but if you can't find it and need it, I can send again.
I'm concerned that your neuro appt. is not till Nov. Can you connect with
him sooner about need for meds??? It seems this SHOULD be an ongoing
resource, not just the samples he happens to have, etc. Hang in there!
