Hi Yen,
Here in Canada my original Rx. was supplied by Dupont Pharma and
the tablets were marked SINEMET on one side... They were designated
carbidopa/levodopa and the lower # came first.  When I was switched
to the Endo generic the Rx still stated carbidopa/levodopa and the
lower # still came first. I'm not 100% certain (since I don't have
any old stock left) but I believe those tablets were marked ENDO on
one side only, the other side being blank.  When we moved and I had
to change pharmacy's then I got the latest batch and the Label says
ENDO L-DOPA/CARBIDOPA 100/25.  The only difference is the LABEL
format. I believe the tablets are the same drug content....
The latest tablets say Endo on one side and 100|25 on the other.
