Charlotte, in my state at the moment we are not forced to state our
party beliefs, but this may be the final year for this to be true. I
find it strange that anyone could in all honesty say they are one party
or the other and not vote their conscience for the candidate. It seems
obvious to me that anyone who is in politics has to compromise his or
her real beliefs to some degree to run. No one who *thinks* and is
honest can say they follow the complete party line. I think sheep must
be the only creatures that follow anything that closely. No one has all
the answers for everyone and no political party should either. When we
talk about saving anyone's quality of life or life itself for someone
who is living and * breathing,* how can anyone on this list of caring
people disagree about the process of how it is obtained? It boggles my
mind that this isnt evident and true for all of you. If there is anyone
on this list that could stand by and watch their husband/wife/family
member or friend slowly change losing their quality of life and yet
refuse any help for them that could be available--- I feel sorry for you
I couldn't and wouldn't and won't! I said I would take help from any
source for those I love and it is still true.
